Louis La Roche returns with ‘Atheist Anthem’, the second single to be taken from his stunning new album, ‘Sleepless Nights’.

Atheist Anthem is a moody, hard hitting, Funk track bringing the LLR sound into the modern era. Heavily swung drums play against a distorted 808 bassline, as light dreamy reverb chords and guitars provide the yin to the songs yang.

Hypnotic vocals repeat the line "Are you an angel in disguise, 'Cos you made me realise". It's the darkest LLR song to date, and it's a sound that's welcome to stay!

His hugely anticipated new album, ‘Sleepless Nights’ retains the funky, rich, catchy songwriting of its predecessor ‘To Rest Is To Rust’, but pushes Louis’ unique sound in exciting new directions. Lyrically, too, it’s a darker tone. “If the first album was about romance, break-ups and relationships” Brett explains, “This album is it’s dark successor. My vocals are more manipulated, basslines are more aggressive and everything is so much more atmospheric, almost cinematic”
